Episode 48: Finding Your Moral Compass
This week's episode is a Divine reminder to all of us to pay attention to what we are focusing on and what we’re using to guide our decisions and perspectives. Susan Burrell is an intuitive guide that has been helping people change their world from the inside out for over 25 years. Through her stories, we are reminded that we are always in choice to find meaning. I think that perspective is so important for humanity in this sea of uncertainty that we find ourselves in.

Tools for Change:
What would you put on your moral compass? What are your unique values/virtues that will guide you to your own freedom?
If any of those values feel unreachable, tap into the stories you are telling yourself - write it out - underneath that guilt, shame and blame - what fear is present?
What are the practices that can support you to clear out all the gunk? Susan uses meditation, journaling and calling on support.
Poem:
by Erin Hanson
There is freedom
waiting for you
on the breezes
of the sky,
and you ask
‘what if I fall?”
oh, but my darling
what if you fly?
