Episode 47: Resentment 101
Today is a quick solo dip into an emotion that causes many of us pain - resentment. I'm unpacking this as part of an Emotions 101 series that I will trickle in throughout the year so we can get more comfortable with what we're feeling. I love this work because it's liberating and empowering! I hope you find that too.

Tools for Change:
Some questions to help you unpack resentment and find the gems:
Step one: become aware that you have a feeling and breathe into it - sometimes this is the biggest challenge!
Step two: ask yourself - what need am I asking this person to fulfill? What unspoken boundary has been crossed?
Step three: ask yourself - what am I learning about myself? What am I learning about this person?
Step four: ask yourself - what small action can I take to help me meet a need or set a boundary?
