Episode 50: A Legacy of Connection
This is a comeback story with lessons that could heal our world. After being diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder (DID) - Suzanne Venuta began a life-long journey back to herself through the power of caring connections. In this conversation, Suzanne uncovers our change-making capabilities and reminds us that in every moment of every day, we have the ability to heal ourselves and others.
This circle is dedicated to Bill - “To Bill, my mentor and dear friend. You guided and helped me find the courage to look in the dark and find the treasure of the real me.” ~ S.V.

Tools for Change:
Feeling tension, anger, frustration, regret? It could be your inner and outer worlds are not aligned. To regain alignment, ask yourself what do I need to do to align my inner and outer worlds. Am I missing something? Is there something else to be doing in my life to feel fulfilled?
Start writing down all the caring connections you have in your life. Once you start you’ll see them everywhere and be steeped in gratitude and appreciation.
