Tools for Change:
Some questions to help you step into your most courageous acts:
When you think about a recent courageous act, what did it require of you? E.g. trust, commitment, belief, letting go, humour, presence, etc. Make a list. Explore. Do it with a friend. Then give yourself a high-five.
Who is the person in your life who supports you to see the parts of you that are holding you back from experiencing love and joy and connection in your life? Who is courageously standing for you? Once you identify them, send some gratitude their way.
